L\u2019appellation Gigondas a re\u00e7u elle aussi sa dose de bonheur cette ann\u00e9e-l\u00e0 et le terroir des Palli\u00e8res s\u2019est exprim\u00e9 pleinement. Couleur d\u2019un beau grenat profond, complexe et brillant, du fruit tr\u00e8s m\u00fbr, presque compot\u00e9 au nez, on parvient \u00e0 sentir l\u2019onctuosit\u00e9 et le velours. La bouche est belle, droite, \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e, fra\u00eeche et d\u00e9licate : c\u2019est tr\u00e8s zan \u00e0 la violette.
