Il faut dire que le grenache, toujours dominant dans les vins du Vieux T\u00e9l\u00e9graphe, a l&rsquo;art de la sinuso\u00efde ascendante, malgr\u00e9 cette ann\u00e9e-l\u00e0 un rendement plus faible \u00e0 25 hectolitres par hectare. Ce c\u00e9page proc\u00e8de par paliers successifs, un chapelet d&rsquo;apog\u00e9es qui le m\u00e8ne loin dans le temps au-del\u00e0 de 50 ans. Il atteint ici le premier avec des notes de cerise noire et de jolis amers caf\u00e9in\u00e9s, prolong\u00e9s par des notes d\u00e9licatement chocolat\u00e9es exceptionnelles. Un ardent prince du temps. Toujours cette expression nette des saveurs pr\u00e9cises, un tempo \u00e9quilibr\u00e9.
