Le nez est complexe, min\u00e9ral, on sent presque le \u00ab cailloux \u00bb, ce c\u00e9l\u00e8bre galet roul\u00e9 qui recouvre enti\u00e8rement le plateau de la Crau. La bouche est \u00e0 la fois onctueuse, \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e et s\u00e9v\u00e8re ; c\u2019est s\u00e9rieux, complet, riche mais pas ent\u00eatant. La structure tannique est bien int\u00e9gr\u00e9e malgr\u00e9 la jeunesse du vin, elle lui conf\u00e8re son potentiel de vieillissement dont il est difficile aujourd\u2019hui de fixer la
