DOMAINE LES PALLIERES, L’\u00c9CRIN TOTAL<\/h6>\n

C\u2019est un lieu nich\u00e9 au bout du monde que la famille\u00a0Brunier\u00a0pr\u00e9serve amoureusement.\u00a0Une terre o\u00f9 elle \u00e9l\u00e8ve des\u00a0Gigondas\u00a0aux personnalit\u00e9s captivantes.<\/p>\n

Dans cet \u00e9crin de verdure de 130 hectares, 25 sont d\u00e9volus \u00e0 la vigne.\u00a0Distribu\u00e9e en restanques, datant de l\u2019\u00e9poque o\u00f9 le cheval fa\u00e7onnait les paysages, elle profite d\u2019une exposition nord-est.\u00a0L\u2019on comprend ais\u00e9ment que les fr\u00e8res\u00a0Brunier, Daniel et Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric, dont la r\u00e9putation du Vieux T\u00e9l\u00e9graphe n\u2019est plus \u00e0 faire, ont eu un coup de c\u0153ur.\u00a0En 1998, ils s\u2019associent \u00e0 leur ami importateur am\u00e9ricain\u00a0Kermit\u00a0Lynch, pour acqu\u00e9rir\u00a0le domaine Les Palli\u00e8res<\/a>\u00a0\u00e0 la famille Roux.<\/p>\n

Maison, b\u00e2timents agricoles, cave forment un hameau.\u00a0Il y a m\u00eame une chapelle construite par un lointain anc\u00eatre qui laisse pr\u00e9sager d\u2019un train de vie confortable.\u00a0Ici, coule une source, assez vaillante pour alimenter trois bassins.\u00a0In\u00e9puisable, m\u00eame en p\u00e9riode de canicule, elle assure le ravitaillement pour tous les travaux agricoles.\u00a0Il y a peu, un troupeau de 60 ch\u00e8vres\u00a0Rove\u00a0compl\u00e9t\u00e9 l\u2019image d\u2019\u00c9pinal d\u2019une \u00e9poque, pas si lointaine, o\u00f9 les vignerons vivaient de la polyculture, presque en autarcie. \u00ab\u00a0Mon\u00a0bonheur, c’est\u00a0de construire\u00a0ici. C’est un bijou\u00a0<\/em>\u00bb, assure Daniel\u00a0Brunier.\u00a0Vingt ans apr\u00e8s la construction de la cave et alors que son fils \u00c9douard et ses neveux Manon et Nicolas reprennent les r\u00eanes des domaines, il a fait r\u00e9nover l\u2019\u00e9curie pour en faire un caveau.\u00a0Le menuisier Philippe Mathieu a conserv\u00e9 intact la personnalit\u00e9 rustique et humble du lieu, en y associant une touche contemporaine. Ici, on peut d\u00e9guster toute la gamme depuis les Ventoux jusqu\u2019aux Ch\u00e2teauneuf-du-Pape.\u00a0Chaque vin \u00e0 sa propre personnalit\u00e9 avec la signature du terroir dont il est issu.\u00a0Ils ont pour fil conducteur une libert\u00e9 ma\u00eetris\u00e9e, dont l\u2019\u00e9levage r\u00e9v\u00e8le les subtilit\u00e9s sans les masquer.\u00a0Exemple avec deux cuv\u00e9es en AOC\u00a0Gigondas\u00a0et un ovni revendiqu\u00e9 ros\u00e9, aux allures de blanc.<\/p>\n

Terre de Vins a\u00a0aim\u00e9<\/strong>
\nAu petit bonheur\u00a0Vin\u00a0de France ros\u00e9 2022 \u2013\u00a015 \u20ac<\/strong>
\n<\/strong>Un blanc de noir compos\u00e9 de\u00a0clairette, grenache,\u00a0cinsault, vinifi\u00e9s et \u00e9lev\u00e9s en foudre de 20 hl et en demi-muids venus de Ch\u00e2teauneuf.\u00a0La robe est blanche, \u00e0 peine ros\u00e9e.\u00a0Bien ouvert, c\u2019est un paysage de fruits secs, d\u2019herbes folles, de foin d\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9, de fleur d\u2019acacia o\u00f9 la touche subtile du bois est r\u00e9manente.\u00a0Sa bouche m\u00eale l\u00e9g\u00e8re tension et rondeur.<\/p>\n

Les Terrasses du Diable\u00a0Gigondas\u00a0rouge 2021 \u2013\u00a032 \u20ac<\/strong>
\n85 %\u00a0de grenache, dont\u00a040 %\u00a0non \u00e9grapp\u00e9 et 15 % de\u00a0mourv\u00e8dre, qui culminent \u00e0 400 m\u00e8tres d\u2019altitude, \u00e9lev\u00e9s 20 mois en foudre.\u00a0C\u2019est un bouquet capiteux de roses anciennes.\u00a0Les premi\u00e8res notes de pruneau et de figue apparaissent et s\u2019associent aux tanins encore marqu\u00e9s.\u00a0Il faut l\u2019oublier avec s\u00e9r\u00e9nit\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Racines\u00a0Gigondas rouge\u00a02021 \u2013\u00a042 \u20ac<\/strong>
\nDes vieilles vignes de grenache\u00a0(80 %), syrah,\u00a0cinsault\u00a0et clairette complant\u00e9s.\u00a0\u00c0 l\u2019a\u00e9ration, il offre un univers de garrigue.\u00a0Le\u00a0cinsault\u00a0et la clairette apportent une touche de vitalit\u00e9, la\u00a0syrah les\u00a0\u00e9pices et une finale un peu v\u00e9g\u00e9tale.\u00a0Son caract\u00e8re est tout en relief.\u00a0Il s\u2019arrondira avec le temps.<\/p>\n
