Il y a un sentiment de puissance (25% de mourv\u00e8dre) et d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie dans ce vin. Derri\u00e8re cette force, transpara\u00eet une s\u00e8ve au caract\u00e8re solaire typique de La Crau. Il est temp\u00e9r\u00e9 par le mode de vinification en grappes enti\u00e8res et son \u00e9levage en foudres. Cela conf\u00e8re une harmonie coh\u00e9rente \u00e0 cet assemblage de grenache, syrah et mourv\u00e8dre. Une belle r\u00e9ussite.
