Blacker fruits, tapenade, pepper, and garrigue all emerge from the glass, and it&rsquo;s always a touch more dense, compact, and powerful compared to the Terrasses du Diable cuv\u00e9e. This medium-bodied, balanced, rock-solid Gigondas will show well for 15 years or more if well stored.<\/p>\n<h6>Terrasse du Diable Rouge 2024 \u2013 Gigondas<\/h6>\n<p>(90-92)\u00a0\u00a0Coming from higher elevation limestone soils, the 2024 Gigondas Terrasse Du Diable is based on 90% Grenache Noir, 5% Mourv\u00e8dre, and 5% Clairette, aged 20 months in 60-hectoliter French oak foudres. Bright, juicy red and black berry fruits, peppery herbs, and violets define the aromatics. It\u2019s medium-bodied, with a pure, focused mouthfeel, nicely integrated tannins and acidity, and outstanding length.<\/p>\n<h6>Palli\u00e8res Blanc 2024 \u2013 Gigondas<\/h6>\n<p>(92) The first vintage of this cuv\u00e9e, the 2024 Gigondas Blanc comes from a single demi-muid and is based mostly on Clairette from old vines that previously went into the ros\u00e9. It offers a beautiful nose of minty herbs, white peach, white flowers, and chalky minerality. Beautifully textured and medium-bodied, it has a rich yet graceful mouthfeel with outstanding length. This will keep for at least a decade. Drink 2026-2036.<\/p>\n<h6>Au Petit Bonheur Ros\u00e9 2024 \u2013 Vin de France<\/h6>\n<p>(89) Light gold-hued with a kiss of amber, the 2024 Vin De France Au Petit Bonheur Rose was brought up entirely in wood, which always gives this ros\u00e9 a unique style. Orange blossoms, spice, dried herbs, and salty mineral nuances all emerge from the glass, and it\u2019s medium-bodied, with a nicely textured, layered mouthfeel and a great finish. It can stand on its own as well as shine on a dinner table. Drink 2026-2027.<\/p>\n<h6>Terrasse du Diable Rouge 2023 &#8211; Gigondas<\/h6>\n<p>(92) No Racines was made in 2023 due to shatter in the Grenache, so a small portion of the Racines fruit went into this cuv\u00e9e. Based on 90% Grenache Noir, 5% Mourv\u00e8dre, and 5% Clairette and aged 20 months in 60-hectoliter French oak foudres, the 2023 Gigondas Terrasse Du Diable reveals exotic aromatics of black cherries, mulberries, conifer, olives, pepper, and exotic flowers. It&rsquo;s medium to full-bodied, with a nicely concentrated mouthfeel, ripe yet present tannins, and outstanding length.
