{"id":38,"date":"2019-10-01T11:51:00","date_gmt":"2019-10-01T09:51:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.vieux-telegraphe.fr\/?p=38"},"modified":"2022-10-14T16:40:05","modified_gmt":"2022-10-14T14:40:05","slug":"de-vigne-en-cave-les-dessous-du-terroir-de-gigondas-la-montagne-magqiue","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.vieux-telegraphe.fr\/en\/les-medias-parlent-de-nous\/de-vigne-en-cave-les-dessous-du-terroir-de-gigondas-la-montagne-magqiue\/","title":{"rendered":"DE VIGNE EN CAVE: LES DESSOUS DU TERROIR DE GIGONDAS : LA MONTAGNE MAGQIUE"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>LA REVUE DE VIN DE FRANCE &#8211; OCT 2019 &#8211; SOPHIE DE SALETTES<\/p>\n<p>\u00abPARCELLES ASSEMBL\u00c9ES OU ISOL\u00c9ES\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Daniel Brunier (Domaine Les Palli\u00e8res \u00e0 Gigondas, Domaine du Vieux T\u00e9l\u00e9graphe \u00e0 Ch\u00e2teauneuf-du-Pape) a attendu de faire connaissances avec les vignes et les vins des Palli\u00e8res avant de d\u00e9cider que les parcelles ne seraient plus assembl\u00e9es dans une seule cuv\u00e9e.\u00a0<em>\u00abNos 25 hectares de vignes s&rsquo;\u00e9tagent de 200 \u00e0 400 m\u00e8tres d&rsquo;altitude. Nous avons constat\u00e9 d\u00e8s les premi\u00e8res ann\u00e9es que les vins du bas et du haut ne s&rsquo;assemblaient pas harmonieusement. C&rsquo;est pourquoi nous avons pr\u00e9f\u00e9f\u00e9 les s\u00e9parer \u00e0 partir du mill\u00e9sime 2007.\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>La cuv\u00e9e Les Racines provient ainsi de vignes centenaires plant\u00e9es sur les parcelles situ\u00e9es autour du chai, \u00e0 250 m\u00e8tres d&rsquo;altitude. Ce terroir aux sols argileux, avec des \u00e9boulis calcaires, est expos\u00e9 au nord-ouest : le soleil y arrive donc plus tardivement. Les plus jeunes vignes (une cinquantaine d&rsquo;ann\u00e9es tout de m\u00eame !) issues des Terrasses du Diables, davantage en altitude, donnent le vin \u00e9ponym.\u00a0<em>\u00abPlus on monte, plus la charge en cailloux augments et plus les vins sont tendus.
